Hired Miratan after getting a few quotes and checking their references. They were one of the few, maybe the only ones, that were sympathetic to maintaining the style of the old chimney and redoing the "corbelling" around the top as requested. Needed to tear down about ten feet of old brick to below the fascia line and rebuild with new bick to match the original 90 year old brick. Also supply and install a new liner and flashing. Everything performed cleanly and on time. Recommend them in a second.

Watertite was contracted to correct our wet basement problems. We asked a number of companies to review the building and they were by far the most comprehensive and professional with their quote and follow-up. The work involved excavating around the house,(by hand), removing concrete walkways and digging below front and back porches without removing the structure, to gain access to the foundation wall. Started on time, and even finished a day or two faster than projected. Stone wall neaded to be re-parged before waterproof membrane could be applied, new weeping tiles, back-filled and finally new concrete walk poured. Good attention to details throughout and no problems downstairs ever since. Would hire them again, but they did such nice work, I don't expect to ever need them, so can only recommend them!
