Our builder had sent us to Jeldwen for our windows and doors. The sales person advised us to use a color he said everyone uses as black. I said i do not want brown at all ! He says it doesnt look a shade of brown it looks black. So we went ahead with what we were told and brown was definately installed on our house. We had called numerous time to see if we could fix the situation and our calls were never returned.

our sales person had not taken the time to measure the cabinets and did alot of guess work.... so our beverage center did not fit ... we had to get the cabinets taken out and rebuilt. A framed mirror was never measured and it was too big to get into the space. And some book shelves and bench for our daughters room was missed when he ordered everything... then it came in but was ordered in a different color. It took about 6 months to get everything fixed. Plus some walls and hardwood was damaged in the process.

We purchased our appliances from Don at 137th Sears. He is the BEST !! He is so knowledgable and friendly ! I would highly recommend Don from Sears to absolutely anyone. He also notified us of an upcoming promotion and gave us the better price ! Great guy !!
