Custom built in bookcase/fireplace/mantel
Wilkinson did an excellent job in designing and installing a custom built in that had a fireplace mantel and open and closed shelves. The workmanship was very good and the speed of installation was excellent
Direct buy offers some good prices if you buy what is exactly in their catalogues - however, if you ask for a quote or for them to go out of the box in any way is so incredibly difficult for them to follow up with you if it isnt done on the spot. You can never get the same person again on the phone - if you get a live person you are lucky. You seem to get the run around. If you are in the centre - things seem fine but once you leave and try to call them to rectify a situation - good luck.
The store has awesome furniture and the staff are were helpful. The delivery guys ran into issues and we were not happy with them however - the store owners rectified the issues and compensated us very fairly. We will definitely shop there again.
Marlbro was cheaper than other quotes however the workmanship was very poor. The edging was not perfectly smooth, the holes for the hot water dispenser was not measured properly. I would not use again or recommend to a friend.
