My kitchen sink was not draining and I needed an urgent professional service. Valentine came with all the required equipment and cleared the drain using a motorized 50 foot snake. He explained that the joints underneath the sink were not optimal so I asked him to reconfigure them as per the code and invest performance way. He replaced all the components underneath the sink and Wyler, the sink has been flowing smoothly ever since with no more issues. He kept the workplace clean, cleaned up afterwards and word very professionally and made us aware of the greasy and fatty liquids that could block the sink overtime.

My kitchen sink was draining very slow for a few weeks and times water just sat there for a while. Needed urgent help. Tried Durango de-clogging by liquid and vinegar/baking soda tricks suggested by internet research but no success. Tried to snake the pipe but no vain either. Called Strong Plumbing and a couple hours later, Professional help was there. Very careful, professional and to the point advice. Valentin, explained that the clogging point would be in the basement, but since it was already concealed in the basement walls, so he used his RIDGID cordless 25ft snake all the way, grabbed on to some gunk. He explained that the current double sink piping scheme under the sink wasn't rightly done either but I took the opportunity to correct that as well. The entire work was done in about an hour. He worked very professionally, had his all toolset handy and spare parts to use right there to finish the work and left with a clean work area. Really impressed and would highly recommend and I hope Valentin keeps his reputation high and professional like I experienced. Thank you.

John was the first one to reply after I posted my request for work. He was considered professional who looked at the problem and kept my concerns and advised me professionally. My cartridges for both showers needed replacement, he advised me to call the manufacturer and get free parts while he went to multiple stores to hunt for the parts But they were very expensive. Jahne visited my property a few times, I really appreciate that. Once I got my parts ordered out of Amazon, he gladly replace them in time. He he regularly kept me updated, shared pick pictures, and model number information as I needed. I found him very professional to work with and definitely recommend to use his services again. Mr. Gee came to check my GFCI‘s that were not working in the upstairs washrooms and the main level washroom. He was courteous and confident professional. He checked all receptacles and recommended to replace a GFCI and other normal plugs. We went to the nearby Home Depot to get the new GFCI. He completed the job professionally and the power in all the washrooms was back on after we replaced the GFCI and faulty outlets. Really happy with the service
