KEEPING IT COOL IN KELOWNA We had purchased our heat pump and furnace in 2013 from Sears. We had already needed a thermostat repair in 2015 that was a hassle because sears doesn't have a service company in Kelowna. That took 3 months to resolve. When our heat pump stopped working last week we called 360 mechanical to service the furnace, hot water heater and look at the heat pump. They sent Jeremy out the next morning and he complete the service and checked the heat pump. He said the heat pump was leaking and all the coolant was gone. Because it was a Sears product, we were then left to call Sears AGAIN. After the usual "are you sure you bought that from us" and "please check again ", they said their service person was on vacation till May 16 and we could use another company but reminded us that Sears warranty no longer covers labor just parts. We could call Jeremy back but if we needed any parts they would have to find them and send them. We decided to call Jeremy back. When Jeremy came back, He tested the heat pump and was able to add the missing coolant and fix the pump without parts. We were really impressed by his professional manner and the speed with which our repair was done. The majority of the bill was coolant and we were only charged for one service call. Thanks to 360 Mechanical we will be cool this summer in Kelowna.

This past spring, our dishwasher began to leak through the kitchen floor on to the roof below. When it threatened to ruin our son's Xbox, it was time to find a repair company. We called another company first but they couldn't come for a week. Atlas appliance was able to come in 2 days. The couteous repair person found our problem immediately and sadly we needed a new dishwasher. The serviceman recommended what we should look for in a new dishwasher and offered us a discount if we bought one from his company but was not the least bit pushy. We appreciated the advice and the fact that we were not pressured to make a quick decision about replacing the dishwasher. Neither of my husband or I have a mother but we would definitely recommend this company to other family members and friends.

We have an older home in Westgate that was long past due needing new windows. We had been recommended to Diamond Willow contracting through a former co-worker. The owner answered our call and arranged an appointment to come out and measure for the windows. He gave us 3 choices of companies to vist and pick out windows. After we looked, we met again to discuss price and quality of the windows. When we made a very informed choice, he ordered the windows. As soon as they were ready , his team arrived to install the windows. This was done in a prompt and curteous manner. The installation took place on a cold week in January and we were not inconvienced or left in the cold. We were more than satisfied with the price and service we received.
