Be cautious about expectations on service. I was dinged restocking charge when returning a manufacturing defective piece of furniture. The love seat needed stuffing in two of the cushions and some sort of tracking bar for the reclining back which wasn’t level with the rest of the couch. After purchasing replacement from another store they were appalled about restocking fee on defective merchandise
