Unhappy Deckstore Customer in Milton

My deck has a small crack and I have an installation issue they (Deck Store )are shying away from.The deck store had cut the board for convienient fit beneficial to themselves They have said the board manufacturer is no longer in business. Beware of the long warranties promised !!!! They want $400.00 to repair because of the contraction and expansion and the manufacturer is no longer in business. I can repair the crack myself ....why should I ???I signed and paid for a depreciative 25 year warranty and 5 yr workmanship. The after service is poor ( I had to call twice after been promised a visit 2 weeks prior.) I really did not expect the after service to be so bad.I am disappointed with the deck store.
