“Not sure what has happen to Sears Carpet Cleaning but the quality has fallen substantially. Awful cleaning job, rude employees (offered to do cash job on the side) I left my house cause I was scared of the cleaner he was very pushy and told me my carpets were a mess. The carpets took 3 days to dry, I had to call another company to dry my carpet with industrial fans, so loud with a 3 month old. I called head office they didn't say much in regards to the incident, just offered a "service call" with the same guy, I declined and told them I wont use them again. Oh just to add a huge oil stain on my new driveway from his van what a mess. Watch out fellow customers.
