I've been telling people, since I got the work done 2 days ago, how impressed I've been with A&A. First I spoke to a lovely woman at their office who promised someone would call me to arrange a quote. They kept their word and I got a prompt call and later met Pierre who was very knowledgeable and personable (and the quote was very fair compared to the competitive quotes I got). From there, I was promptly put in touch with Andy who sent Dwight to my house. The work Dwight did was fantastic. It was readily apparent that he takes his craft seriously and his dedication to getting the job done in a top-quality fashion was impressive. He showed up at 7:20am and didn't leave until 8:45pm! The whole time he was focussed on replacing deteriorating brick with new brick, crumbling concrete with beautiful limestone and tuckpointing the entire area so it looks like new. He also answered any questions I had and I told him he was making me re-evaluate how hard I work at my job. He'd put most of us to shame! Thank you for the excellent work.
