I was having issues on getting my water heather to start, after I placed a service request I got a call from BPR where they guided me through and fixed the issue on the phone, even though it was something very minimal such as checking the outdoor vent I was gladly surprised that them cared about my situation and tried to fix this for me free of charge. I would consider BPR as my first option in the future for any plumbing/heating needs.
