Most people say that building a house is stressful. When we decided to go with Santos, it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. It was not stressful at all! They were so flexible with us. We were making changes up to the last month before moving in. They didn't charge us for every change like other custom builders. Almost all of the trades did a good job. We didn't really value the work done by the plumber or painter. Having said that, we would definately go back to Santos.

We called Ye Olde Plumber because we were referred to them for warranty work for our 2 year old water heater. They came out fairly quick but the receptionist gave the repairman the wrong part number so he had to go back. Because of this, we were charged the travel time twice even though it was not our fault. Although he fixed our hot water tank, we would not use them again because of the extra charges that they should have eaten instead of charging it to us.
