I was in the market to either buy a new vacuum or fix my central vacuum. I called Vaccums plus (because of the great reviews online) Marco answered my call right away and then we booked a quick inhome appointment to see if my central vacuum could be fixed. I decided against getting my central vac fixed- with the help of Marco's honest opinion and knowledge. Buying a Miele vacuum would be more suitable for my home and lifestyle. Marco was honest and had a lot knowledge about vacuums- of course his company has been around a long time. He didn't push me to do anything I wasn't comfortable with- which I appreciated. side note- I love the Miele :) But mostly I will always go back to Vaccums plus for servicing my vacuum or anything that comes up in my house without this realm. Marco also helped me fix my Dyson- which I thought was broken and he didnt even charge me for this service. It is so nice these days to find such a lovely and professional company.
