MiK showed up early, phoned first, worked quickly, was friendly and professional, and did a good job. Didn't wear a kilt (for which I am grateful); it's just a gimmick anyway. I've used this service for 3 years now, and have never been disappointed.
It was frosty on the scheduled day in mid-November, so there was a delay in starting, but MiK kept me apprised, showed up en masse, and finished quickly. They did their usual thorough job and even gave me a promotion that I thought I hadn't qualified for. This is the third time we've used MiK and I can see no reason to stop; I'm completely satisfied with them.
This is the second time I've used MiK. I waited a bit long to schedule the appointment this year (darn trees wouldn't shed), so I couldn't get one 'til early December. Everything was frozen on the day and they couldn't do the job so they added me to a waiting list. Three days later, the conditions were okay, so they phoned and came shortly thereafter. They did their usual satisfactory job and they offered to schedule me for next year, earlier. This seems a good idea.
