Our master bathroom urgently needed renovation (previous owners had not maintained house well). We talked to several different contractors including Level Up Group Consulting. Level Up was a bit more expensive, but they had a 2(!) year warranty and we were more impressed by the pictures of their previous work and discussions, so we went with them. Positives: - Work done on schedule (very minimal delays) and cost estimates were on track (ended up adding work beyond initial quote, but prices for these additions were reasonable). - Some very tricky work was done well (e.g. lots of plumbing had to move, like submerging pipe, moving toilet over, switching shower side). Also very happy that source of mold was found and eliminated. - Very happy with most work. Highlights are tiling work (both shower and floor), tricky plumbing work (which enabled larger vanity, etc), glass shower door and wall, and electrical work. - Some nice additions were included that I hadn't expected: cleaning service afterwards, thorough patching and painting of minor scrapes in hallway from moving in materials, new furniture, etc. We definitely got much better results than my parents (who also redid their bathroom recently), and the end result was well worth the 10-20% extra we paid. Note: photos below show both before and after. The new version has freestanding tub, eliminated shower half-wall and bench, and increased vanity size (to 48") by shifting toilet ~8".
