I recently discovered that my 25 year guaranteed shingles had deteriorated after only twelve years to the point that I had numerous small leaks. I patched what I could and started investigating a replacement. I was disgusted with the 12 year life of my asphalt shingles so I wanted a longer term solution, namely metal. I chose them because: 1) they had the best price by far for standing seam aluminum roofing, their price beat all competing bids for a metal roof regardless of type or finish, 2) they specialized in standing seam aluminum and could form the panels on site where competitors considered standing seam aluminum to be a extra-cost option, and 3) Rob was a very straight-forward no pressure guy and based his estimates on a very simple calculation by square footage. I arranged to have them do the roof the following week. They showed up as planned and completed the job within a day and a half. There was no issues or drama of any kind. the quality of their work looks fine to my eye and I love the look of the standing seam panels and the fact that my house stands out in the sea of me-too asphalt roofs of my neighbors. And most of all I look forward happily with the expectation that I will not have to replace my roof again.
