Our furnace broke down at 9 pm. Air Point arrived at the agreed upon time of 7 am the next day to inspect. They tried to repair but the gas valve was defective and not worth replacing on a 30 year old unit. Within an hour a crew arrived and professionally installed a top brand unit with great expertise and ability. We are so happy for their prompt clean and professional installation. They did not focus on payment or credit they just did the job I am a former HVAC company employee and I am very familiar with the trades and the tricks.
