I had a very specific idea in my head about how my backyard should look. I sent photos to owner Mike who came out and gave me a quote. Today, the project is finished and it is even better than I imagined. I have a beautiful new composite wood deck at ground level with a large pergola, new landscaping rocks and a waterfall on my existing pond and a lovely new double-wide fence at the entrance. Mike and his crew are all wonderful, friendly, professional and perfectionists. Any issues I noted were addressed quickly and the finished product is amazing. I highly recommend this company as they went above and beyond for me.

Our elderly cat was having accidents on our family room carpet so I called Cini Steamers to see if they would be able to get rid of the odour and stains. Matthew returned my calls quickly and assured me that they would be able to deodorize the carpet for me. The cost of his service was significantly less than a larger known company so we decided to give him a try. He arrived promptly and was courteous and professional. He thoroughly vacuumed the carpeting before steam cleaning and used a black light to find the worst spots which he treated. We are extremely pleased with the results. The room is clean and fresh smelling and the carpet looks fantastic. Can't say enough nice things about the professionalism and work of Cini Steamers.
