We are so happy that we hired Andrei and his team at Tip Top Flooring to repair the badly damaged parquet in our new home—we cannot recommend them highly enough. We loved the look of the parquet and so we were very disappointed when we took possession of our home and realized just how badly the floors were damaged: not only was there damage to the surface from water and other wear and tear, but the parquet was loose, which would require painstaking, piece-by-piece work to repair. The damage was bad enough that we seriously considered replacing the floors altogether, despite loving the look of the parquet. However, after Andrei assessed the floors and explained what he could do to salvage the parquet, we chose to take a risk on trying to repair the floors instead of tearing them up. After Andrei and his team finished the job, the parquet looked brand new! We were also very impressed with Andrei's ability to accurately quote the cost of repairing and refinishing our difficult floors. Additionally, Andrei and his team replaced our baseboards and, unsurprisingly, did an amazing job. The moulding is now blended seamlessly with preexisting elements of our home, making the whole look so much greater than the sum of its parts.
