I placed an order for a Full mattress from the Leon’s website and then decided I wanted to upsize to a Queen. The chat support agent told me to place another order for the Queen and then contact Leon’s Weston to cancel my original order. I have sent 4 emails + a phone call and have gotten 0 correspondence. Radio silence. There is a $3k charge sitting on my credit card and Leon’s customer service is non-existent once the sale has been made.
