We were little afraid of all the work that needed to be done but we are very happy that we found Artisan Air Heating and Air Conditioning. This company is all you may want when needing some installation or repair work. Very quick response time when asking for a quotation and setting a date of the work. Khaleel was exactly on time with prior messaging confirming his coming. He performed his work very quickly and to our total satisfaction. Also, what is important he knew what he was doing (people that used contractors before know what that means). Explained few things during the work, used top class parts and equipment. The job was well done. The price we paid was very good and exactly as quoted. There was no hidden/additional cost that are so often added at the last minute. On top of the very excellent work performed Khaleel called us few hours later checking if all was good. How many contractors do that??? Thank you Khaleel, we will recommend you any time.

Simply happy! We are very happy finding this company. This is all we can expect from great contractors. Honest estimate, time frame for the work to be performed, showing up on time with a prior call, quiet and efficient work preformed and no surprises at the end. And to top it all excellent communication after the work has been done. We called these guys for some minor adjustments few weeks after the installation and they quickly communicated with us when will the come and again, showed up within days, on time and quickly, without any questions did the adjustments. Derek and his crew are truly great bunch of guys. They all came on time, they knew what they were doing, worked very quiet and extremely efficiently. There was a lot of work to be done and I assumed it may last minimum 3 – 4 hours but it took them almost third of that time. It was pleasure watching these guys work, 10 out of ten. I would use these guys again for sure. I have used their competition before but it is like a day and night. Great job guys, thank you!

Since we decided to replace all our windows and patio doors we spend a lot of time visiting countless suppliers and checking their products. Little desperate we decided to visit Bella Vista and immediately we knew that our search was over. The windows and patio doors were exactly what we were looking for. Perfect white color, good quality and very good esign. The price we were quoted was in our opinion very good and the sale was quick and professional . All the installation process was explained to us and within promised three weeks time, the crew arrived and two days later we had 13 new windows and two patio doors installed. Since we are renovating our house we were accustomed to contractors being late but this particular team was absolutely perfect. On time, quick and efficient. Any questions we had were promptly answered and any concerns raised explained. We are happy with the product, already recommended Bella Vista to our friends and happy with the fabulous service we received. Great service, great product and absolutely great crew.
