This was our second time using Brock. First used them in 2010 and it was an amazing experience. 9 years later and they are a much different company (purchased windows in January 2019, install June 2019 and final completion wasn't until October 2019). We had some issues with install and the customer service was atrocious. They couldn't care less about you or keeping your business. We reached out to the Director of Operations who never replied and more recently the General Manager who took no ownership for the lack of customer service. Find yourself another company who values their customers and prides themselves on quality.
