Edward was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. Upon arrival the issue was diagnosed and fixed, despite there being a slim chance to save my washing machine. ANY other company or manufacture would have chalked it up to a broken motor and charged me a LOT to change it or alternatively buy a new machine. I was ready to call it quits and thank Edward, but he stuck it out and his LAST idea ended up being the one to fix my machine saving me $1000 minimum. I will CERTAINLY use Edward's services again and I highly recommend anyone in need does the same.
