Great service, need word on packaging.
One IMPORTANT thing for the shipping. The particle board is thin (that's not too bad) but the screws used to assemble the wood around the window for shipping are not the right ones. You need to use screws with the larger pan heads - designed specifically for particle board. Good luck, great service
