I purchased a washer/dryer combination at Midland and while the sale, delivery and install went fine, there was an issue with after sale service. The units are stackable and so required a kit to stack them. The kit unfortunately arrived missing the small clips that hold the unit from sliding forward. The units were purchased in April and after waiting almost 2 months I finally reached out to find out of the clips had arrived. The sales person (Bryce) indicated he would follow up. The following is the litany of email responses and promises. Skip it is you like but it does paint a clear picture of the lack of service. 3 weeks later another follow up "Looking into it." 2 weeks later - "I'll follow up today" 2 weeks later - "We are waiting on the two covers for the front of the stacking kit correct ?" 1 month later - "I'm on this for you. I will respond today for you with an update" Several days later "I have ordered the entire kit again..." 3 weeks later - "just waiting on the new trim kit..." 3 weeks later - "New kit en route..." 3 weeks later - "your stacking kit isn't made anymore.... give you $40 dollars as compensation for the missing part...." 1 month later and 11 emails - Still haven't seen the $40 and I gave up on getting any resolution to the issue. I had already adapted something to ensure the dryer would not move. So after more than 7 months and over 30 emails back and forth, no resolution. I am so done with this company.

Approximate cost of services:
$3,600.00
