I called Delta after our air conditioning unit stopped working in July 2017. Jason was quick to visit my home, evaluate options to upgrade both our furnace and air conditioning units and provided a very detailed quote with two manufacturers and their rebate options. We opted for a New Lennox system and it was installed by Scott in a period of two days. The installers took away all old equipment and garbage, kept the worksite clean during and after installation and gave me a thorough tutorial on how to use the new systems. I would highly recommend Delta. Jason was awesome during the process of determining which system to proceed with and always available to answer questions by phone when required. Jason even re-visited the site to inspect the installation once complete. Top-notch job by the whole team involved.

I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of Lucio and Efrain of Clarke Basements. The scope of our project included waterproofing a 1912 foundation with water damage, five new window wells and a new sump pump. It was a dirty, labor intensive job and they completed the interior work in just two days. They took great care in their work, laid protective flooring inside the house to not damage floors and took the time to explain every component of the system upon completion. They were both such hard-working and professional tradespeople...I can't say enough good things about their work and how they represented the company. I would recommend Clarke basement to anyone requiring improvements to protect structure and waterproofing of their home for years to come! thank you Lucio and Efrain!
