Rick promptly submitted a very detailed drawing and estimate to replace our sliding patio doors with a garden door. Not only did he issue the estimate, he followed up, which is more than I can say for the other companies that provided estimates. Old West wasn't the lowest bid, but I was more concerned with his regard for my project and the attention it deserved, despite being a small project. The project was installed in the winter, after a week of very cold weather. Because of the cold weather, the project had to be moved back, which through a wrench into Old West's scheduling. Regardless, Old West fit it into the schedule, arrived at the scheduled time in the morning, and were gone by lunch. The attention to detail was amazing, even with the molding around the door. The trim was cut perfectly and any small gaps were filled neatly with silicone. All-in-all, a very professional install.
