Rob was very responsive when setting up the intial inspection meeting. On the day of the inspection he was on time and went straight away to work. He provided a brief overview in person and then a thorough digital report the same evening. After the inspection i have had to email him to clarify a few items and he has been nothing but prompt , helpful and professional.
