I had made inquiries re: solar blinds with Diana, asking lots of questions. She answered all my questions thoroughly without rushing me and no pressure. Because of an Expedited surgery date we had to make decisions quickly and Diana was able to help me measure on FaceTime and put a rush on the order to get the blinds delivered before my husband was out of commission for a lengthy amount of time.
