Warren and his team did an excellent job of spraying our condo for bed bugs. Fantastic communication, keeping us in the loop and providing expert advice on the situation. When the problem persisted (as we were warned it might - not atypical for bed bugs) they did a complimentary follow up visit to re-spray everything. We have now been bed bug free for a year! We really appreciated Positec’s efficient, effective and professional service and would highly recommend them to anyone with a pest problem.
