I've been planning landscaping project on my property since 2020 and ended up conducting comprehensive market, material and installation practices study prior to awarding the job to AHS. I am a technical person and studied Unilock installation manuals to make sure I understand all the stages of interlocking project and know the best practices starting from excavation through polymeric sand installation. Hiring AHS was a great decision since these guys do know what they are doing and unlike some other companies on the market doing things in the right way. Not pretending they are doing things right, but actually doing them right. AHS is Unilock Authorized Contractor which is not just the name but serious commitment. They are extremely client focused and spare no effort to ensure client satisfaction. First of all, they are offering solid design services which I really enjoyed going through with Kin (designer) and Rinat (project manager). They are not cutting corners when it comes to material selection. Interlocking stones never look the same in the real life as they do in catalogue and AHS provides full support to the clients with obtaining live samples to review. It was a pleasure working with two AHS foremen who were managing my project on the ground and performing all the critical tasks themselves - Konstantin and Aleksandr. My project required a lot of planning due to the challenges with grading - there is quite significant slope on my property left to right, existing concrete slab shed foundation at the end and quite noticeable drainage problems due to terrible clay soils (common issue in GTA) and the way city forced our subdivision to be built with zero catch basins. Konstantin and Aleksandr worked around all of them with excellent results - they came up with great looking basement window well design and graded backyard patio to ensure proper drainage while keeping overall project aesthetics great. Hidden retaining wall at the back entrance and buried downspout connectors all contributed to clean and functional design. AHS crew has immense amount of knowledge in landscaping. This helped them to make the best use of Unilock materials for my project and make things work and look right despite of the known residential construction quality in Canada - when no right angle is actually 90° and nothing is levelled as it should be by a builder. AHS also helped a lot dealing with inconsistency in Unilock materials quality. Despite of Unilock reputation, dealing with significant color variation between different material batches as well as quite a few materials quality issues has been handled by AHS team in a very efficient way. I am totally satisfied with the end result and trust that AHS 5 years warranty is based on their confidence in construction techniques they are using. AHS also built the new garden gate for me which is the best garden gate in the whole neighborhood - very tight tolerances, minimum gaps and customized design to ensure minimum gap between interlock and gate (helps keeping rabbits away from the back yard garden). I totally recommend them as landscaping contractor and will definitely hire them for the next landscaping project of mine.

Warner Roofing Inc. is one of the best contractors I've ever hired. Extremely responsive and pleasant to deal with. They really take pride in what they do, keep their promises and spare no effort to make things right for their customers. My whole experience dealing with them - from original call to their crew visit was extremely satisfying. Warner Roofing provided me with a competitive quote and offered better service conditions than any other Company I called. Located and fixed lose shingles patch on the roof. Their crew approached the task with extreme care about details. Will definitely call them again if need anything done to the roof in the future - from small repairs to the full overhaul.

My experience dealing with The Shed Installer Guys was absolutely the best of what any client may wish for. Matthew was very patient and answered all the questions I had in a polite and professional manner. I've got all the details about the way his team performs installations as well as got a very competitve quote for the job. Him and his crew care about their clients and do everything to ensure things are done right and accomodates all reasonable client expectations. Matthew scheduled me in the next day I called. Marcus and Pablo came right at scheduled time and went straight to jobsite setup. They were working very efficiently and carefully. Just by observing them working one can tell that they are undoubtedly proficient with shed assembly. They also maintained jobsite clean and moved all the corrugate and polybags to my garage when the job was done. The Shed Installer Guys take pride in their work and have extremely client oriented approach. I definitely recommend their services and will hire them again to put up gazebo.
