Greg did a great job doing a home inspection for us. The house was new and big so it required about a half day to inspect everything. Greg was very thorough and provided a very detailed report within a couple of days of the inspection. Though he did not identify any real deal breakers, his report allowed us to get some additional improvements done at no additional cost to the offer we made on the house. It also gave us peace of mind to go forward with a big purchase that would be our home for the years to come. Greg also agreed to come a second time to review the work we requested from his initial report to confirm it had been properly done. Even the seller was complimentary towards his report and his keen eye for detail. Can't say enough nice things about him or his professionalism. Thanks again Greg.
