Junk Clinic removed a large pile of construction debris for my basement for a negotiated price. Their housekeeping could use some improvement. Overall, I was satisfied with their work.

Overall good service. Added lots of insulation in my attic at a great price. Cleanup afterwards was not so great. Lots of insulation on the floor even after vacuuming. Drywall was damaged by a ladder and not mentioned to me - my wife discovered it and was annoyed.

Shaldin and his team did a fantastic job replacing my 150A breaker panel with a 200A, and installing my Tesla charger. He was responsive via phone and text during the quoting stage and negotiated fairly and in good faith. Excellent communicator! He contacted the power company and helped arrange for disconnect. He is licensed and insured and provided proof. The installation proceeded without too many hiccups, and he honoured the lump sum pricing, even though the time to complete the install exceeded the estimated time. When changes were required to the scope of work, he asked for my approval before commencing, and we agreed on a fair price for the extra work. He noticed a minor code violation and helped me fix it for no additional charge. At the end of the job, he did a great job of cleaning up the work area. The quality of his work was exceptional and I am very pleased with who I chose. I would definitely recommend him your your contracting needs!

Alex gave me free advice before showing up, to help try to fix my problem. It didn't work, so he came over and fixed my furnace for me, and educated me on what he was doing. Very good service!
