Ecogrid was immediately responsive, very knowledgeable, gave an accurate quote, and was flexible when we had to switch dates last minute. The only constructive criticism would be around punctuality on the day of the installation, but the work was worth the wait. I will be happy to enlist their services again.

Bryce was incredible! He inspected three houses for us, and each time he was professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was always happy to explain things, often multiple times, and never made us feel stupid for not understanding the first time. After the inspection, he made himself available via phone if we wanted to ask more questions once we had time to read the report. There's a reason we used him multiple times, and I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
