stainless sink falls off

Counter and sink that were installed were installed were acceptable. Cut to bring pieces together quite noticeable. They said it was the best they could do. Warranty is for one year. After 5 years, sink dropped out caused all the plumbing to leak. It appeared not enough silicon used. Quoted $250 to fix it. When I set it could have been installed incorrectly, Bernadette reduced it to $200. When the sink released from the counter, the front hardly had any silicon. She said that’s normal. My neighbours have had their sinks installed over 10 years ago. No problems. So much for standing behind your service. I advised her that even though I am legally handicapped and a veteran, I will try to fix it myself.
