The first time I used Rick was for a toilet that would get cleaned out and then would plug up again. He emptied the last of the water in the tank/toilet using a wet vac. That had never crossed my mind. pretty quickly we took the toilet off the floor. Stuck in the bottom was part of a rectangular handle from an Ikea product. After that his company has been my go to people for plumbing.
