Without hesitation Frank from Platinum met with my husband and I, to go over our backyard layout. He was professional and it was quickly evident he had a keen eye for the few challenges we had not known about. After some discussion, we changed our original plan into something even more spectacular. We are so thrilled with the results. It was a pleasure to have the Platinum team at our home -- they were prompt, courteous to all of our interested neighbours, and it was obvious they loved and know what they are doing! We really liked that Frank took the time to go over processes with us, so we would understand what was happening next. The work went beautifully, the cleanup was quick and the smile on our faces remain!
