Attention to detail was fabulous. Russ pointed out alternatives and asked my preferences to ensure that I was pleased with the end product. He also made a special trip to site, before it was ready for full installation, so that he could install some facia for the stone mason. Russ was always pleasant and very easy to deal with. In addition, he worked well with the other trades on site, something that is rare and remarkable.
