Stephen was punctual, thorough and hard-working. He used his skill and managed to get a piece of shingle out that had been lodged in the upper gutter for a long time. That saved me having to either go up myself or get a roofer to do that. After the work was done took the time to show me what sort of stuff was in the gutters so I could learn more about the process.
