Nimi was prompt in his contacts, swift in the responses to the request for quote and all other inquiries, was on schedule, accommodating in coordinating with other unrelated work at the same site and he and his team were very efficient during the installation. What was particularly noteworthy (already considering that the above is a level of professionalism not always encountered) is that Nimi provided uncomplicated solutions to roofing problems that were worrying me – soffit ventilation plus bathroom exhaust – and also offered some simple suggestions for aesthetic enhancements to the roof. Nimi encountered some damaged boards and made the associated replacement and delivered on everything that had been agreed – which was comprehensive and completely aligned with the recommended best practices I had researched online. It has now been six weeks since the new roof installation, with plenty of rain during this period, and the roof is performing impeccably!
