Terrible experience! We asked for specific beveled mirrors and showed Paul what we were looking for. Mirrors were unsatisfactory and not at all what we had wanted. They did absolutely nothing to try to rectify the situation. Blamed the mistake on the customer and did not take responsibility for the mistake. Despite emails and phone calls they did not try to solve the problem or make the customer happy. Would never recommend them! Very rude owners. When expressing our disappointment, we were dealt with in a very unprofessional manner. At no time did they try to make it right.
