Jeevan and his team at D4L have done two fantastic contract jobs over the past year at my property in Oakville. They are very professional, trustable and accommodating. At the time of both of these jobs, I was living in Vancouver. But Jeevan, very patiently, took control of the situation, scheduled all the necessary sub contractors during those busy times, and was sending me updates, photos and videos every step along the way. He was completely aware of my financial concerns and suggested several cost saving ideas, just to lower the cost for me. He and his team also were very patient with my tenant and very respectful of their privacy and convenience during their presence at the property. They definitely are my go-to contractor if I need it in the future.
