I have used them twice so far. The first was to replace a toilet. Alexander was on time, courteous and his work was meticulous. I was very satisfied with the service and quality and therefore didn't hesitate to call them again when I had an issue. The second job was to replace an expensive shower until that I had purchased a few years ago. Alexander, again was my service person. He thoroughly examined the unit and diagnosed the issue with the faulty unit. I am currently dealing with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Once he determined what the issue was, I had purchased a new unit for installation. Also, because when it rain it pours, my kitchen faucet was also leaking. Alexander installed both with the same quality of work that day.
