Cliff and Jody are friendly and easy to talk with, good communication from first day. Cliff showed up to evaluate the situation on time, pointed out the problem and solution with his experience. Work was done professionally and finished ahead of schedule. Nice clean up before they left. Need time to check the basement seepage during frozen and thaw cycle, but I have the confidence that slope should not be a problem anymore, plus Cliff honored his work by saying will come back if anything happens:) so I have a piece of mind.
