Paterson-Lange are very reliable. We have been using their services for over 10 years for our four vacation homes in Niagara on the Lake. We have had them install 3 furnaces, and 2 Central AC units across our homes in the town. They are competitively priced and always honest about what work is needed. They also service all of our furnaces, and gas fireplaces each season. Whenever we have had an emergency with a furnace in the winter, they have sent someone within an hour. We highly recommend them!

We engaged with Matas Group in the purchase of a Townhome they were building on Elizabeth St in Burlington called The Evian. The project has been extremely delayed and critical dates have been missed. They never return any phone calls or emails and continue to delay the project with no explanation. They sold us our unit with a 3 car garage which we relied on for storage but we have since learned that the city has never allowed that in any of their approvals. Instead, one of the parking spaces are to be used for visitor parking and no door is allowed. Their only response to that is to suggest that we speak with our city councillor to reverse the decision. They also sold the unit with a roof on the 4th floor roof top terrace. Once again they now tell us that the city will not all ow the roof to be installed, yet we know he had to be aware of that at time of approval. The dimensions of the rooms have changed dramatically from what was on the drawings ie the basement was to have 8 foot ceilings yet in reality they are now 6' 7" high not allowing us to use the room as planned. The owner has been very arrogant and not addressed any of these issues. He has only added a customer service resource after 2 years into the project after clients found a communication network and demanded action. He has 2 other projects going in Oakville and 1 in Mississauga while at the same time not completing this one in Burlington. There are never any trades on the site and the latest promise of a completion date cannot be trusted. I only hope that no other consumer has to go through we have experienced during this very difficult time.

Nathan Mayer, president of Odin Enterprises, just completed removing some knob and tube wiring from our home. Nathan was extremely conscientious, helpful and fair with his quotation.
