Just before this winter we were shopping around for a new furnace mount humidifier. We approached a few establishments for information and quotes but their responsiveness to our questions were lacking to say the least. Rakesh was a breath of fresh air. He answered all of our many questions with patience, care and professionalism. We placed an order on the spot. The installation experience was just as pleasing. No nonsense, just clean, quiet and expert installation. Rakesh took the time to review the functions and again was very patient and professional. Rakesh will be our go to person for all of our future HVAC needs. We would have left this review sooner but wanted to see how the new unit ran.
