The quality of the blinds is really good, they keep out the cold air in the winter and completely shut so the room can be dark. However, the service from Shai blinds was unexceptional! There was no communication on their part, they just show up when they feel, even if it's 9pm, for measurements or to drop off suplies! They said the blinds would be done half of September, didn't show up or call. We rang down their phone a couple of days ago, they said they're coming, never showed up again. And when they finally did, one of the measurements for the blinds didn't match! Even after giving them an extra month to make sure the specifications were properly done.
