David was absolutely reliable and efficient in getting the job done! He arrived a the stated time and set about to complete the scope of work in an organized and professional manner. He recommended a power surge bar to ensure there would be no damage to my TV equipment and sold it to me for the same cost it is available on Amazon.ca.
