IB was very professional and very knowledgable. He paid attention to details and addressed every possible detail of inspection. He explained every possible part that possibly needed to be addressed in the future. Fisically showed me everything. His infrared camera tool is very great, it gave us many answers regarding our concerns. I would recommend NIR real estate inspection. Price is great too.
