Excellent service by Invision team
In my search for the perfect floors I came across Invision Hardwood and Decor store. I received such excellent service here: sound advice, a bit of an education on how to choose your floors, I was able to take samples home and not just once. They were able to run with my tight deadlines and help me choose the floors I wanted and in the shortest possible time. The floors arrived yesterday and look gorgeous. Hi Natalya, awesome review.
I know this was a stressful time with timeline pressure from your contractors. However, I'm glad I challenged you to take a stand with them and dalay the install. As a result of this you were able to get your wish.
The two week delay from the factory wasn't bad at all as other product are much further delayed. Weird and unclear times we are in, even with material availability.
We are now asking people to start material ordering much earlier then typical to avoid uncertainty.
