Unprofessional. I ordered 4cubic meters of Ready Mix for a garage slab. Since i had to wheelbarrow the concrete to the slab, i asked them to add a 4hours set up slowing agent (i already did twice with Lafarge, and it was perfect). Result: the concrete set up after one hour leaving me with 2 cubic meters that i had to breakdown with crowbar and sledgehammer. Slab ruined. 3days of repairing work instead of 3 hours. Never got even an apology
